The Initial Meeting

In the first meeting, our primary focus is on requirement gathering. We need to know everything about how you’ll be using your new floor in order to make an informed decision. These requirements include room size, foot traffic, temperature and moisture, usage, furniture, room colors, and much more.

Design

With this knowledge in hand, we can then move on to the design stage and build you a proposal that you’ll love. Of course, you may already have firm flooring ideas of your own—great! We’ll assess the feasibility of those plans and share our expert insights to make sure you’re aware of any potential pitfalls or bonuses.

Budget Review and Finalization

We know that sticking to your budget is important to you, which is why we finalize and review all our designs for cost before we get started. We’ll go through a range of different manufacturers and suppliers with you to make sure you’re comfortable—and with our partnerships and volume discounts, you can rest assured that you’re getting the value you deserve.
